We’re in the Nebraska Panhandle, tucked in between South Dakota, Wyoming, and Colorado. If you’re familiar with Nebraska’s favorite Oregon Trail landmark Chimney Rock, that’s where we are. Our digital products ship everywhere instantly — vintage parts and handmade goods ship throughout the US. We have and we will, but as you probably know, it can be expensive and slow. We don’t charge more than shipping costs us – that isn’t a source of revenue for us. But with the way prices are going with everything these days, we’ll need to work up the cost of shipping before giving you a final price and time expectation.
More than I even know. We are a WooCommerce shop, and they take a lot – even payment plans. If you’re in the neighborhood and want to pay with cash, we’re happy to do that. Just don’t ask us to Zelle, because we’ll assume you’re scamming us.
You will receive a tracking number when we ship your order. Most shipping methods come with insurance. If your order value is higher than the basic, we will add enough to cover what we’re comfortable with losing. We are not responsible for porch pirates.
Absolutely! MotoLife Maker does laser engraving, sublimation, leather work, custom hat patches, quilts – all kinds of stuff. Please email or call. If you need a motorcycle part that’s not listed on the Panhandle Parts site, give Willie a call if you’re having trouble finding it elsewhere.
Physical products can be returned within 30 days in original condition. Custom made items are non-refundable, but it something has not met your expectations, we’ll be happy to fix it. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital sales are final. If you have an issue with a digital product please contact us and we’ll make it right.
